Health and Wellness with Kirstan

During the first coaching session, the coach will collect background information and ask the client about what he or she is interested in changing. Then a personal wellness plan is designed and the coach and client develop goals for changing health behavior. The wellness coach and client will decide how often to meet and review progress.

Wellness coaching is like having a personal trainer; the difference is that personal training is for your body and wellness coaching is for changing your habits. Wellness coaches provide instruction and mentoring to their clients. Clients are held accountable for their choices, actions and behaviors.

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

Sessions: The consultation/first coaching session is free. This is my time to collect background information and ask the client about what he or she is interested in changing. Then a personal wellness plan is designed and the coach and client develop goals for changing health behavior. The wellness coach and client will decide how often to meet and review progress. We can meet in person, online, and/or over the phone it’s your preference.

Pricing: Prices vary when full meal plan is written out, work out plan, and/ or life/ daily routine plan is written out.
