Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — and resistance training.

Master Jazz Class

This is a classic jazz class that explores traditional and contemporary styles in a fun, energetic atmosphere. Classes begin with a warm-up which focuses on technique, flexibility, coordination and strength, followed by progressions across the floor, center work and combinations. Suggested for those with some movement or dance experience.

Sexy Dance Fitness

Looking for a change in your usual toning classes? The newest fitness trends are ones that give you a great workout and a sleek sculpted body. Sexy Dance, as you can guess from the title of the class, this is a 60-minute workout will teach you some super-sexy dance moves while working up a serious sweat.
