Hi I am Kirstan Fuller, originally from New Jersey, received her training at University of Maryland, College Park. She has a degree in Family science and graduated University of Maryland with a minor in Dance. I have provided service to my community in New Jersey by teaching a Parent-and-Child Relations class created to target problem areas in the community and teach parents valuable skills to promote positive development for and relationships with their children.Kirstan competed all over the world with her dance company, ATD Dance Troupe from Union, N.J. She danced and performed on cruises, in Mexico, Aruba, Barbados, and all over the United States. While at UMD, she performed works by April Gruber, Emily Olsen, Alvin Mayes and many others. Kirstan received her certificate in Zumba from New Jersey in 2015. Kirstan received her Life Wellness Coach/Holistic Health Consultant from American Aerobic Association International and International Sports Medicine Association. Kirstan also received her life coach training from Maryland University of Integrative Health. In addition to these experiences I am a certified Zumba instructor and a health and Wellness Coach. She embarked on this new journey because she desired to promote being healthy mentally, physically, and emotionally.  My two passions are mental health and physical health and I love that I get to infuse them together.
